Bikers donate money, rice to fire victims

JAKARTA: As many as 300 bikers from several motorbike clubs visited fire victims in Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta, Sunday.

"We didn't count the amount of money and rice we donate," Hans, the founder of Asickers motorbike club was quoted by kompas.com.

The bikers also prepared 950 packages of meal and broke the fast by having meals with the fire victims

Three neighborhoods in the Mangga Dua Selatan subdistrict were razed by fire on Aug 19. As many as 49 houses were flattened during the inferno. - JP
